A place where you get to be a lifelong learner. A space where I am thrilled to share with you what I have learned.
Once a month, I offer 1-2 hour interactive workshops. This could be a class on dinacharya (Ayurvedic care rituals), a lecture on the principles of yoga philosophy, or anything I found immense value in, that I want to teach you!

After attending a workshop in Sanctuary School, you will walk away with a new practice to bring into your life for the betterment of your being!
COSTS & BOOKING
The cost for 1 hour of teaching is $22.00; for 1.5 hours of teaching $33.00; and for 2 hours of teaching $44.00.
